Lou Kennedy has written two books on etiquette. Her second book, ESSENTIAL BUSINESS ETIQUETTE: Bottom line behavior for everyday effectiveness (Revised edition 2001), provides important information to all whose day-to-day business dealings require conducting themselves correctly.
